PE – Junior Cycle
First year
In first year, there are two one-hour lessons a week. One class looks at games-based activity for 8 weeks, and the other class looks at key skills development for those 8 weeks.
Over the course of the year, students will do 8 different activities following the PE Scheme of Work. There is no assessment in first year PE, rather we focus on developing your core skills.
